Ruckus Mane ships to Canada, the United States, and select international countries once shipping officially begins.

How long will it take for my order to ship once shipping begins?

Once shipping is live, orders will typically be processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing times may vary during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

How will I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — once shipping begins:

🇨🇦 Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD
🇺🇸 United States: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD

Shipping rates for orders below these thresholds will be calculated at checkout.

Is my purchase eligible for a return?

Eligible items may be returned with approval if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All approved returns are refunded as store credit only in the form of an e-gift card.
Refunds are not issued back to the original payment method.

• Hang to dry or tumble dry low
• Do not iron directly on the design

Are your western decor plates real license plates?

No — our western decor plates are decorative use only and are not intended for vehicle use, registration, or road display.

They’re perfect for bedrooms, barns, garages, man caves, bars, trailers, or even displayed on the dash/window of a truck.
