• 🇨🇦 Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD

• 🇺🇸 United States: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD

Shipping costs for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).

Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the order is processed. Please take processing timelines into consideration when placing your order.

Shipping Methods

Canada
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS.

United States
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Canada Post. Once the package crosses the border, the same tracking number can be used on your country’s postal service website.

International Orders
International orders are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, APC Postal Logistics, or PostNL.

Shipping times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 7–30 business days. Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on international orders.

These charges are determined by the destination country and may be based on:

• Declared value and shipping costs

• Product category (HS code)

• Country of origin

• Destination country tariff rates

• Applicable trade agreements

These fees are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Ruckus Mane does not collect or receive these charges, and they must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Shipping Responsibility

Ruckus Mane is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Packages damaged during transit

Local Pickup

You will receive an email or text notification (based on the contact information provided at checkout) once your order is ready for pickup.

We kindly ask that all local pickup orders be collected within 2 weeks of notification.
