Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
Please allow 2–7 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods
Canada
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS.
United States
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Canada Post.
Once the package crosses the border, tracking can be used on your local postal service website.

International Orders
International orders are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, APC Postal Logistics, or PostNL.
Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7–30 business days.
Delays may occur due to customs, which are outside of our control.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
These charges are determined by your country and are not included at checkout.
Ruckus Mane does not collect or receive these fees. They must be paid upon delivery.
