Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Please email ruckusmane.4@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
All returns must be approved by Ruckus Mane before being sent back.

All approved returns are refunded as store credit only, issued in the form of an e-gift card. Refunds are provided for the cost of the item only. We do not issue refunds back to cards or other payment methods. This applies to all purchases.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping cost for reshipment. We will contact you by email if this occurs. Orders will not be resent until the additional shipping invoice is paid.

Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure all orders are packed correctly before shipping. However, mistakes can happen.

Missing Items

​

If an item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and details of the missing item.

  • If the item is still available, a replacement will be shipped.

  • If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued via e-gift card for the value of the item.

Wrong Items

​

If you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Please email a photo of the item received along with your order number.

  • Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days.

  • After the return is received, the correct item will be shipped.

Ruckus Mane is not responsible for items lost in the mail during return shipping.

Damaged Items

​

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Please email clear photos showing the damage.

  • If approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

  • The item must be returned within 7 business days.

  • Once received, store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

Items that have been worn or used and then claimed as damaged are not eligible and will not be accepted.
 

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All sale or marked-down items (including promotional sales)

  • Crewnecks, quarter zips, hoodies, and graphic tees that are made to order

  • Customized items

  • Jewelry

  • Hats

  • Gift cards

  • Holiday items

Order Modifications

​

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.

Promo and discount codes must be applied at checkout.
We do not apply discount codes after an order has been placed.

If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we do not refund the difference or modify existing orders.

Promo Codes

​

Promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase during checkout.
Discount codes cannot be applied after checkout.
