Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, please email ruckusmane.4@gmail.com.
All returns must be approved by Ruckus Mane before being sent back.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only in the form of an e-gift card.
Refunds are for the item cost only and are not issued back to the original payment method.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs

Orders will not be resent until the new shipping fee is paid
Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items
We carefully pack all orders, but if something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missing Items

Must be reported within 5 days of delivery

Include your order number and item details
If available → replacement will be sent
If unavailable → store credit will be issued
Wrong Items

Must be reported within 2 days of delivery

Email photos of the item received
If approved:

A prepaid return label will be provided

Item must be returned within 7 days
Once received → the correct item will be shipped
Damaged Items

Email clear photos showing damage
If approved:

Order Changes
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after checkout.
